LOCATION, DATES & TIMES
We'll be staying at the THE GARDEN CITY HOTEL, across the street from the Garden City LIRR station. The weekend will begin with a session at 8 pm on Friday, Oct 26 and conclude at 8 am on Sunday, Oct 28.

ACCOMMODATIONS, FOOD & COST
Singles may share a room at a rate of $250 for the weekend.  You can request a roommate or we can assign you one.  Private rooms are available at a rate of $400 for the weekend.  The cost is inclusive of a two night stay, three meals, and activities.
